Submit an Engagement Announcement

Engagement announcements received by The Republic by noon Monday will be published without charge the following Sunday, as space permits. Engagement announcements must be reported at least two weeks before the wedding date. Announcements submitted after the two-week deadline will be published at The Republic’s discretion.

Engagement forms are available at the information desk at The Republic, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily or use this online form. Any form submitted without a contact name and phone number will not be published.

Due to space limitations, only the information requested on the form will be used. The Republic is not responsible for information that might be inadvertently omitted or for misspelled names.

Photos may be submitted, but The Republic reserves the right to refuse publication of any poor-quality photos. Submit a digital photo in JPEG format with the form below. Digital photos should be at least 200 dpi and and least 600 pixels wide.

Physical or digital photos may be dropped off or mailed to The Republic, Attn: Sheila Snively, 2980 N. National Road, Suite A, Columbus, IN 47201. Dropped-off or mailed photos must include a copy of this form. Please include a return address.
