James Richard Beier, 63, of Chestnut Street, died at 12:10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, at Manor Care South in Indianapolis.
Mr. Beier is survived by his daughter, Melissa L. Beier of Columbus; a sister, Bonnie Sharp of North Vernon; brothers, Ronald (Pam) Beier of Florida and Donald Beier of Texas; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, James Richard Beier Jr.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in section Breeding D at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street.
