Charles E. Green, 76, of Chapa Drive, died at 5:45 a.m. Feb. 8, 2016, at Silver Oaks Health Campus.
The funeral will be graveside 1 p.m. Saturday at Montgomery Cemetery, Oakland City, Indiana, with Pastor Douglas Low officiating.
Memorials may be made to Developmental Services through the funeral home.
Survivors include his nieces, Lori Eng of McCordsville, Indiana and Tana Reid of Jeffersonville.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Russell L. Green.
Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
