Gov. Mike Pence, who is among those being considered as Republican Donald Trump’s VP nominee, is mingling with the crowd at the Bartholomew County 4-H Fair.
Bartholomew County Republicans placed ‘Pence for governor’ campaign signs out to welcome him to the fairgrounds.
He was greeted by Columbus Mayor Jim Lienhoop and Rep. Milo Smith at about 5 p.m. near the GOP tent at the fairgrounds. Pence is now touring the cattle and swine barns and meeting with 4-Hers.
