NORTH VERNON — A Seymour man died in a one-vehicle accident at about 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. 50 near Flintwood Drive in North Vernon.
The driver, Aaron C. Brown, 39, was driving a 2003 white Ford Explorer westbound on U.S. 50 when for unknown reasons, it traveled left of center and left the roadway to the left striking a tree head-on, North Vernon police said.
The Explorer then rolled on to the passenger side, police said. Brown was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
