A man claiming to have a gun robbed a cashier at Columbus Regional Hospital of an undisclosed amount of cash.


Bartholomew County Hospital’s $39.9 million improvement project advanced nearly full throttle, with pavilions for cancer care and women’s services expected to be completed by fall.


At least 100 residents, most of them farmers, planned to go to court in an attempt to avoid selling their homes and farms located in the area of Jennings and Jackson counties where the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge was to be established.
