The city of Columbus will close 27th Street between Maple and California streets between noon and 12:30 p.m. Saturday for an event at Columbus North High School.
The Columbus North High School Mid-States Marching Band Invitational is scheduled at North and the school is expecting more than 3,000 students and spectators. The Columbus North Band Boosters received approval to close the streets from the city.
