Florence “Eloise” Smoot-Russell, 93, of Columbus, passed away Jan. 20, 2017.
She is survived by her children, Stephen P. Smoot (Beverly), Fred M. Smoot (Carol) and Dorothy A. Smoot; and friend, Cynthia G. Beam.
Services will be conduced at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, with calling from 11:30 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Washington Park East Cemetery.
