The parents of former Columbus North basketball standout Josh Speidel offered testimony in a Senate hearing about how their son’s hyberbaric oxygen chamber treatments are helping in his recovery from a traumatic brain injury.
Dave and Lisa Speidel provided information to a veterans’ affairs committee on Tuesday for Senate Bill 454, a bill proposed by Sen. Mike Delph, R- Indianapolis. The bill proposes to use a lottery scratchoff system to fund a trial assessing the benefits of hyberbaric oxygen chamber treatments for veterans who have suffered traumatic brain injury or post traumatic stress disorder.
