The Center for Business and Economic Development at IUPUC is offering a four-day program on leadership development.
The Leadership Development Program, hosted on the IUPUC campus at 4601 Central Ave., Columbus, or at an off-site location, provides industry best practice concepts, models, tools, strategies and individualized assessments.
The program covers four areas of leadership development:
- Transition to management
- Personal leadership development
- Leading with emotional intelligence
- Coaching and developing employees
The program costs $1,200 per participant and includes professional facilitation, presentation materials, program workbook guides and practical applications of the concepts.
