The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a flood warning for eastern Bartholomew County and northern Jennings County until 4:15 p.m.
At 10:17 a.m., radar indicated heavy thunderstorms were producing large amounts of rainfall — up to 3 inches of rain is possible.
Locations within the warning are Columbus, Greensburg, Hope, Elizabethtown, Hartsville, Newbern and Grammer.
