Shirley Chamberlin Johnston, 78, of Vernon, died July 16, 2017, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Sawyer-Pickett Cremation Services with calling from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
