Kristin Shuff and Brent Helwig, both of Seymour, announce their engagement.
Ms. Shuff is the daughter of Mike and Cindy Shuff of County Road 250E. She is a 2008 graduate of Columbus East High School and is a certified ophthalmic tech at Conner Smith Eye Center.
Mr. Helwig, the son of Jeanine Peterson of Columbus and Tom Helwig of Seymour, is a 1999 graduate of Columbus North High School and is employed by Cummins Inc.
The wedding was to have been Aug. 26 at Irwin Gardens.
