Legal Aid Clinic set for low-income residents

Legal Aid is sponsoring a free Legal Aid Clinic on Sept. 25 at the organization’s office in the United Way Center, 1531 13th St., Suite G330.

The clinic will be from 3 to 5 p.m. for low-income residents, one of a series which are planned on the fourth Monday of each month in Bartholomew County.

Local volunteer attorneys will offer free legal consultations for low-income individuals at the clinic. People who attend will have a 10-minute consultation to answer general questions, receive legal information or advice, on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no need to register in advance.

In addition to the September event, clinics will also be offered from 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 23 and Nov. 27.
