Penny L. Ramey, 61, of Columbus, died September 28, 2017.
Visitation will be Monday, 4-8 p.m. at Who So Ever Will Community Church, Edinburgh. The service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at the church with a one-hour visitation prior.
