Donald and Barbara Olkiewicz celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a celebration at First Christian Church on Dec. 9 given by their children, Mark Olkiewicz and Laura Olkiewicz Veazey.
Mr. Olkiewicz and his wife, the former Barbara Freese, were married Dec. 8, 1957, at First Christian Church in Columbus, in a ceremony by the Rev. T.K. Smith.
Both are retired. He is retired from the U.S. Air Force.
They have two children, Mark Olkiewicz of Columbus and Laura Olkiewicz Veazey of Charlotte, North Carolina; and one grandchild.
