The property where a Columbus eye practice is located has been sold.
Pankratz Properties sold the property at 3135 Middle Road on Feb. 21 to AJ Estrella LLC for $4,315,000, according to the Bartholomew County Assessor’s Office.
The sale has no impact on the business operations of Pankratz Eye Institute, located at that address, Dr. Michael Pankratz said.
