A teenager is accused of driving off Marr Road and hitting four vehicles parked at a business and was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Deputy Corey Lehman was sent to the accident at 8 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Marr Road and East County Road 550N, deputies said.

There, he found Hayden Zapfe, 19, 5120 E. County Road 800N, behind the wheel of a Ford F150 pickup truck, deputies said.

Zapfe was driving south on North Marr Road when he drove off the road at East County Road 550N and hit four other vehicles which were parked at a business near the intersection, deputies said.

Zapfe had marijuana on his person and displayed signs of impairment, deputies said. He was also operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, deputies aid.
