Blue & Co. LLC recently was named a “2018 Best Places to Work in Indiana” company in the large employer category.
This year marks the ninth time Blue & Co. received the award from the Best Places program.
The top companies in the state are determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
Winners are selected from four categories based on the number of employees. Large companies are those that have 250 to 999 U.S. employees, according to the company.
