What do I know about the political issues that concern District 59 voters? Probably not so much that I can address them in a letter to the editor. But I do know one of the candidates for District 59 representative, Dale Nowlin, and I support his candidacy because of the kind of man he is.
I know Dale through our church affiliation, and he is a man that I trust. I trust his judgment, his problem-solving ability and his commitment to a better life for hose in crisis in our community.
My description of Dale in one word is integrity. Sometimes, I find it hard to use that word to describe politicians. Do you? If you vote for Dale Nowlin, you will be voting to send a politician of integrity to the Statehouse.
Dale’s motto for his campaign, as in his personal life, is biblical: “…to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly …” These are not just words that sound good for a campaign slogan. I know Dale and I have seen him live by those words. Please vote for Dale Nowlin on May 8.
