Hickory Creek at Columbus, 5480 E. 25th St., was recently awarded a five-star quality rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Paul Janssen, CEO of Henry Community Health in partnership with Hickory Creek at Madison, will honor the staff and make a donation to Love Chapel in Columbus and Accessibility in recognition of this award.
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services created the rating system to help consumers, families and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily. The rating is based upon annual health inspections, staffing and quality measurements.
