Blue & Co. has announced that Nancy Rife has joined Blue & Co. as the firm’s new human resources officer.
Rife brings nearly 20 years of experience in human resources along with a background in accounting and finance to Blue & Co.
For the previous 13 years, Rife served as director of human resources with MJ Insurance in Indianapolis. Prior to accepting that role, she worked for Oak Street Mortgage, LLC and Banc One Mortgage Corp.
