The air temperature inside the product walk-in cooler was measured at 47 degrees F. The products inside were measured between 48 degrees and 56 degrees. Products must be removed to a properly functioning cooler. The produce walk-in cooler cannot be used until such time as it can maintain foods at 41 degrees or below. Foods products in the make-table and refrigerated drawers were measured between 46.5 degrees and 58 degrees. These products must be properly cooled or discarded. Food contact surfaces of equipment must be kept clean to the sight and touch. The interior of the ice machine is soiled with a mold-like substance. Hand-washing sinks must be easily accessible at all times. The hand-washing sink behind the bar was blocked by a large tray.
