Erich Miller has joined Columbus-based leadership development company Level 3 by Design (L3bD) as a leadership development coach.
Miller has 26 years of experience in multiple leadership positions working for Toyota Material Handling and Toyota Motor Sales. His previous responsibilities have included aftermarket support, corporate training and customer service.
L3bD provides leadership training and coaching to help leaders become effective managers and develop their organizations.
