COLUMBUS, Ind. — The location of today’s concert featuring songwriters Matthew Rust and J.S. Carie has been changed to the Red Room in the Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St. in Columbus, because of the heat, said Mary Clare Speckner, the library’s community services coordinator.
The time remains the same, 6:30 p.m. The concert originally was to be outside at the library’s plaza.
