There has been much discussion about improving relationships in our community. Here is one person’s thoughts about improving relationships.
First, one must open one’s eyes to love and look for ways to improve giving love away to others, especially those new to our community so the uncounted, different kinds of relationships may develop within the city, then be fruitful, multiply and blossom.
Can one not see a common bond relationship when one reaches out and shows a very real concern to help and do for someone else?
The greatest reward may come when one gives away her or his supply of love, causing an awakening in others that opens their eyes to the great example: one is giving away the very best one has within her or his heart without wanting anything in return.
Let each of us consider an act of kindness or something special to do for someone in need, or simply be that caring, giving kind of neighbor.
When those acts of kindness are done, there is no better feeling that one did what one could do for one day that caused our community to be just a little bit better, because one’s love had a say in what happened that day when one saw and did what one needed to do.
In closing, let this message go out to everyone citywide and beyond: let love inspire, guide and awaken within everyone the gift given to use for greatness in service and with love.
