Bull Dogs take seventh
CARMEL — In a tournament that featured 14 of the state’s top 15 ranked teams, No. 3 Columbus North finished seventh with a 341 in Saturday’s Fall Preview at Prairie View, site of the state finals.
No. 1 Zionsville won with a 308. No. 2 Evansville North finished second with a 313, and No. 4 Carmel was third with a 314.
Nathaly Munnicha tied for fourth individually with a 77 to lead the Bull Dogs. Alex Munnicha carded an 81, Ella Wilks added a 90, Annie Anderson shot 93 and Yestika Nischol had a 94.
Olympians post a 416
GREENSBURG — Columbus East carded a 416 in the Greensburg Invitational at Greensburg Country Club, site of the sectional.
Lauren Steinwedel led the Olympians with a 92. Kati Brunn carded a 105, Ellie Buntin added a 106, Peyton Meier shot 113 and Harley Gant had a 116.
