Columbus-based confection shop 240sweet will cease operations Sept. 8. The shop’s final marshmallow making classes also will be Sept. 8.
The company will stop production of gourmet marshmallows and hot chocolates, and will begin production of a new line of sugar-free, low-carb, and gluten-free treats, spices and foods under the new name, KetoLuxe.
