Nineveh woman accused of attempted trafficking with an inmate

A Nineveh woman has been charged with attempting to provide tobacco and drugs to a Bartholomew County Jail inmate who was at the county courthouse.

Tasha A. Harrison, 26, or 8195 Cordry St., Nineveh, is accused of attempting to give tobacco and several suboxone pills to the inmate on Sept. 27 at the courthouse, Bartholomew County Sheriff deputies said.

Harrison is accused of felony attempted trafficking with an inmate and felony dealing in a Schedule III Controlled Substance, deputies said.

Sheriff’s Detective Jason Williams investigated the case, deputies said.

Harrison was also arrested on a felony probation violation, deputies said.

She was being held in the Bartholomew County Jail without bond, jail officials said.
