Gee whiz, those folks at People Magazine sure are busy. Just last week, they crowned the “Sexiest Chef Alive” on the Food Network. Now they’re back on the ID Network with the third season of “People Magazine Investigates” (10 p.m., TV-14).
Given its history as the kind of glossy gossip magazine you glance through at checkout counters and in your dentist’s office, you’d think People would be investigating the contents of Jennifer Aniston’s closet or Justin Bieber’s brand of hair gel.
But you’d be wrong. “People Magazine Investigates” is pretty much all about murder. This season has 15 episodes of homicidal mayhem.
