Gilbert and Tomasa Lopez of Columbus are celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Lopez and his wife, the former Tomasa Guzman, were married Dec. 20, 1963 in Mercedes, Texas.
He is retired from Cummins after 35 years of service.
She is retired from Brown County School Corp.

They have three children, Brenda Wisley and Linda Rohr, both of Bloomington, and Joe Ray Lopez of Indianapolis; and two grandchildren.
