Patberg helps Hoosiers improve to 10-0

Ali Patberg scored 10 points and led Indiana with four assists Wednesday to help the Hoosiers improve to 10-0 with a 67-43 women’s basketball victory against Loyola Marymount on the first day of the Puerto Rico Classic.

Patberg, a redshirt-junior from Columbus North, went 4 of 9 from the field, including 0 of 1 from 3-point range, and 2 of 2 from the free-throw line. She added three rebounds and three steals in a team-high 35 minutes of action.

Grace Berger led Indiana with 15 points. Bendu Yeaney added 12.

The Hoosiers will play Grambling State at 1:30 p.m. today and will close out the Puerto Rico Classic against South Dakota at 4 p.m. Friday.
