Emily Burbrink of Columbus and Thomas Nienaber of Elizabethtown were married Aug. 11 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, White Creek, in a ceremony performed by Pastor Justin Whitmore. A reception followed at The Commons.
The bride is the daughter of Scott and Beth Burbrink of Columbus. She is a RCS UM Specialist at IU Health.
The groom is the son of Tom and Angela Nienaber of Elizabethtown. He is a fireman for the city of North Vernon and co-owner of TC Custom Coatings.
The maid of honor was Katie Burbrink of Columbus. Bridesmaids were Erica Behmlander of Seymour, Lauren Johns of Columbus, Erika Lewandowski of Bloomington, Brittany Harden of Nashville, Autumn Nienaber of Elizabethtown and Erin Reynolds of Bloomington. Jenna Thomas of Columbus was a junior bridesmaid.
The best man was Cody Thayer of Columbus. Groomsmen were Leighton Howe of Columbus, Logan Howe of Elizabethtown, Elijah Setser of Columbus, Kyle Whipker of Elizabethtown, Joe Whitaker and Zak Blackwood, both of Columbus.
Flower girls were Coralynn Nienaber of Elizabethtown and Lila Johns of Columbus.
Ushers were Conner Arnholt and Logan Compton both of Columbus.
The couple resides in Columbus.
