‘American Pie’ auditions begin
Columbus North High School students may audition for American Pie: The Magical History Tour starting Jan. 28.
Students may sign up to audition by signing up on the door of the choir room and can pick any song they wish or choose one from a list next to the sign up sheet. The tour will mark its 34th anniversary with a show in May as part of Columbus North’s 150th anniversary.
Singers, musicians and dancers are being sought. For more information, contact choir director Alex Baker or social studies teacher Jerry Mihay at North.
North plans open house
Columbus North High School will have an open house for eighth-grade students and their parents Jan. 30.
The open house will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium at the high school, 1400 25th St., that will be followed by tours. Faculty will also be available to answer questions.
