Bull Dog sets record

Emily Moore won all four events and the all-around competition and broke the school record with a 9.85 on the floor Tuesday night to lead Columbus North to a 110.825-100.35 win against Roncalli.

Moore, who broke Tessa Lane’s school record of 9.825, also won the vault (9.6), bars (9.375) and beam (9.675) on her way to taking the all-around with a 38.5.

Tova Edwards, who was honored as part of senior night, had her career-best all-around score in finishing second with a 37.05. Edwards placed second on the vault (9.35), bars (8.925), beam (9.15) and floor (9.625).

Alayne Davis finished third on the vault (9.6) and floor (9.45) and fourth on the bars (8.125). Ashley Niebrugge was fourth on the beam (8.7).

Crusaders move into final

Conner Emily went over the 1,000-point mark for his career to lead Columbus Christian to a 70-22 win against Southside Christian in the opening round of the Indiana Christian School Association South Regional.

Emily finished 25 points for the Crusaders (9-13), who will play for the regional title at 6 p.m. Feb. 16. Gavin Lustig added nine.

South Decatur falls

GREENSBURG — South Decatur dropped a 63-59 decision to Crothersville.

Lane Lauderbaugh led the Cougars (5-13) with 32 points.

Cougars top Olympians

BLOOMINGTON — Columbus East wrapped up its regular season Monday night with a 110-76 loss at Bloomington North.

Ryan Singer led the Olympians with wins in the 200-yard individual medley (2 minutes, 11.37 seconds) and 100 breaststroke (1:05.47). DJ Rhodes took the diving competition (210.05) and East captured the 200 medley relay (1:49.96).
