First Financial Bank at Eastbrook Plaza in Columbus is hosting a Shred Event on March 6.
Local residents are invited to bring personal paperwork they would like shredded in a secure and confidential manner to the banking center between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The bank is located at 2531 Eastbrook Plaza.
Iron Mountain, who specializes in secure document destruction, will shred and recycle the paperwork. Residents may want to shred medical records, cancelled checks, bank and financial statements, documents with Social Security numbers or credit card information and legal papers.
