Carl V. Moore Jr. of Dallas, Texas and Sophia Eguavoen of Addison, Texas, announce their engagement.
Miss Eguavoen graduated from West Mesquite High School in 2010 and from Baylor University in 2015. She is a registered nurse. She is the daughter of Patience Eguavoen of Mesquite, Texas and Solomon Eguavoen of Benin City, Benin.
The future groom graduated from Columbus North High School in 2007 and Purdue University in 2012 with a degree in finance. He is a finance and tax specialist for Omni Hotels in Dallas. He is the son of Carl and Ann Moore of Columbus.
The wedding is set for Aug. 3 at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas.
