David and Shirley Chadd of Columbus are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Chadd and his wife, the former Shirley Moody, were married April 5, 1969 at First United Methodist Church in Linton, by the Rev. Lloyd Shannon.
He is retired from Cummins Engine Co.
She is retired from Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation.
They are the parents of David (Salina) Chadd of Columbus, Lisa (Stephen) Mayer of Indianapolis and Sarah (Tim) Smith of Plainfield; and grandparents of six grandchildren.
