Business & Industrial Federal Credit Union held its 59th annual meeting at the Hampton Inn in Edinburgh in late January.
Directors elected for three-year terms were Wanda McGaha and Marilyn Mullins.
During the meeting, Stella Herr was recognized for her 18 years of service on the board.
The credit union is a not-for-profit financial institution serving Bartholomew, Jennings and Jefferson counties.
