3:29 p.m. UPDATE: Marr Road has reopened, according to the Columbus Fire Department.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Columbus firefighters are asking motorists to avoid Marr Road until about 3:30 to 4 p.m. as they continue cleaning up a hydraulic oil spill.
Marr Road is closed from Kensington Boulevard to Rocky Ford Road as crews clean material from the roadway, said Capt. Mike Wilson, Columbus Fire Department spokesman. There is no danger to the public, but motorists are asked to avoid the area.
