Columbus realtors attend Washington D.C. expo
More than 9,000 realtors gathered in Washington, D.C. during the 2019 Realtors Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo.
Among the industry members were the representatives of the Columbus-based Crossroads Association of Realtors office.
Agents joined their peers from throughout the U.S. to attend meetings and informational sessions and meet with regulatory agency staff and lawmakers on Capitol Hill to advocate for real estate issues, according to a statement from the Crossroads office.
They focused on several significant topics during the legislative-focused meetings, including fair housing, flood insurance and internet neutrality.
