• neighbors who have the consideration to keep their dogs quiet in the morning.

• the upcoming Exhibit Columbus and the emphasis on providing free and public programs and exhibitions.

• the Mill Race Theatre Company for the fun-filled fabulous play.

• U.S. Representatives Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez and Ayanna Presseley for demonstrating what has truly and always made America great.

• Dr. Dan Vermillion and staff for years of compassionate care, from Sassy.

• Mill Race Theatre Company for bringing such joy to Columbus for the production of “Mama Mia!”, which brought smiles and dancing in the aisles.

• Kroger pharmacy for delivering my prescription the same day.

• Mill Race Theatre Company performers and backstage support people for the amazing presentation of “Mama Mia!”

Onions to …

• our president who dislikes everyone who doesn’t think like him.

• Republicans who are defending the president for his recent rants aimed at female congresswomen.

• those incorrectly labeling Democrats as socialists while this president embraces communist leaders.

• our president for being so preoccupied by his fight with those four women in Congress that he seems to have no time to address the North Korean nuclear threat.

• anyone who thinks Democrats are doing anything for coal mine workers other than trying to put them out of a job.

• the driver at the State Road 46 fast food restaurant at 1 p.m. Monday who was in such a hurry to get out of there that he almost side-swiped my new car.

• the Democrat squad who should get out of the kitchen if they can’t stand the heat.

• police for not stopping people with bicycles hiding their license plates.

• the city of Columbus for going sports stupid.

• the party whose only policy is to call the other side sexist, racist, xenophobes, homophobic, etc., without caring if any of it is true.
