SHELBYVILLE — Columbus residents Mark and Anne Owens and Wilandra Macklin Malone are part of the cast of the Shelby County Players presentation of the musical comedy "Nunsense II: The Second Coming" at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at the Strand Theatre, 215 South Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
The production highlights the antics of the Little Sisters of Hoboken, replete with the return of Mother Superior Mary Regina, played by Malone. She also played that role in the troupe’s performance of the original "Nunsense."
Shelby County Players is an all-volunteer, nonprofit theater group.
