• Grayson Management and Chris and the maintenance guys who put in our garage door for us, from Paula.

• Elizabeth Warren for calling out white supremacism for what it is: domestic terrorism.

• Adam for his enthusiastic presentation at the Bartholomew County Historical Society, which everyone should visit.

• the well-dressed gentleman on the new, black Harley Davidson at the Kroger gas station at about 8 a.m. Wednesday morning at pump No. 4, because you made my day, from the lady at pump No. 3.

• the people who are caring for the beautiful flowers in our community.

• the Walgreens pharmacy employees who continually step up when help is needed.

• the wave of cheap-shot political Onions that substitute for Tweets.

• a director for making a workplace less efficient and being the reason so many employees are quitting.

• a parent who chose their spouse over their children.

• our neighbor that has mowed once this year, because the grass is over 2 feet tall, and there is a mower in the driveway.

• those who confuse the calling out of leadership failures with racism, which doesn’t make sense.

• the political candidate who lost and now resorts to posting fake news to make his views seem relevant.

• Democrats who need to look up the definition of racism before so freely abusing the term.

• the letter writer who said maternal child nutrition needs legislative support.

• the idea that Democrats hate Republicans, when actually we simply disagree.

• the tree trimmer who accepted full payment for his services, but never came back to trim the trees and would never return any of our calls.
