FRANKLIN — Indiana State Police detectives are continuing their investigation into the death of an 8-week-old infant Tuesday morning.
Earlier Wednesday, an autopsy was performed and there was no evidence of physical injuries or trauma to the infant, state police said. An official cause of death has not been ruled yet pending toxicology results. No arrests have been made and no charges have been filed.
The infant is identified as Kensli Deese of Franklin. The investigation is ongoing with no further information to release, state police said.
