• Officer Eric Kapczynski for talking with the Smith first-graders about safety.

• Brian Payne, the Columbus Municipal Airport director, for giving us the awesome experience of meeting Taylor and Logan, Snowbird pilots, and learning about what they do, from the Columbus Behavioral Center.

• President Obama, who serves as a reminder of how a president should act and conduct himself.

• President Obama and his administration for being honest and having no indictments or convictions.

• Isaac, who works in the photo department at Walmart, for being so patient and helping me print my pictures, from Peggy.

• the group from Best Buy who came to Mill Race Center to show us older folks all the things we can do with our devices.

• Steve Cain for all the fresh garden tomatoes, from J.D. Muir.

• the fabulous pilots that performed in the air show Wednesday evening.

• the Canadian Snowbird pilots and their support team for putting on an awesome display of aerobatic flight, and to Brian Payne and all other support groups, teams and individuals for making this event a huge success.

• the solid water district for reducing its budget and setting a good example.

• the spectacular air show that the Canadian Snowbirds put on at our local airport.

• Patty Thomas, whose always helping her friends and neighbors.

• Dr. Robertson at Wellspring Pain Solutions and his staff who patiently helped me through my back treatment for a 100-percent recovery the following day.

• the energy provider that wants to raise rates by 15.5 percent.

• those who think that America should attack another country on behalf of another country because that country doesn’t want to get its hands dirty, even when its oil fields are attacked.

• the person that keeps attempting to break into the back door of the Crump Theatre.

• the Trump supporter that thinks President Obama separated people when Trump’s policies have divided many families and groups.

• the construction company that apparently thinks the public road is their own personal driveway, resulting in a excessive closure and a inconvenience to the public.

• city leaders for allowing one more tire company to be built in the city of Columbus.

• whoever is responsible for parking arrangements at the air show, which were unfair and disorganized.

• the grocery store that has rude employees at the meat counter.

• the thieves who took my much needed hedge-trimming tools from my garage on Regency Drive.
