Motorcyclist arrested after falling off at stop sign

A motorcyclist was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after Bartholomew County Sheriff deputies were called to an accident involving a motorcycle.

Bartholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers and Deputy Leah Burton were sent to the accident at 7:06 p.m. Monday where they found Larry Lowe, 61, of 8270 W. Nasby Trail, on the ground after falling off the motorcycle at a stop sign.

Lowe was taken to the Bartholomew County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and later released.
