MT. AUBURN
Gerald R. Pruitt, 78 of Mt. Auburn, Indiana, passed away October 28, 2019 at Heritage House in Shelbyville, Indiana. He was born June 2, 1941 in Shelby County, Indiana. He was the son of Evan and Lela (Mohr) Pruitt.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara (Gene) Ezell of Mt. Auburn, Indiana, niece, Sandra McNeely, nephew, Gary (Daphne)Ezell, great-nephews, Jordan Ezell and Ross McNeely, and great-nieces, Carly McNeely and Brooke Ezell.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Gerald was a Shelby County farmer.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 Friday, November 1, 2019 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Shelby County.
