The following public agencies are closed for Tuesday’s city election in Columbus.

Bartholomew County Courthouse and offices
Columbus trash, compost, brush and recycling and loose leaf collection will run on a normal schedule on Tuesday, which is city election day. Toters need to be out by 7 a.m. For more information: 812-376-2509.
The Columbus City Utilities will be closed Tuesday with regular business hours resuming at 8 a.m. Wednesday. If you have a problem with water or sewer service, call the business office at 812-372-8861 and follow the prompts.
