Detectives from the Columbus Police Department are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a Columbus bank.
At approximately 12:30 p.m today, two men entered the German American Bank located at 2310 West Jonathan Moore Pike and demanded money from the employees, said Lt. Matt Harris, Columbus Police Department spokesman.
The men fled the bank a short time later with an undisclosed amount of currency. No employees were harmed during the robbery, Harris said.
